Our Services

CH Enterprizes, LLC provides junk removal, demolition, landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal cleanup services to residential, multi-unit, and commercial properties. All services and pricing are agreed upon prior to the start of work. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion and to adjust service offerings at any time.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and is calculated per occurrence or project scope as agreed upon between both parties. Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

Term & Termination

Service agreements remain in effect until terminated by either party with a written notice of 30 days. Clients may terminate services for unsatisfactory work with written notice, allowing CH Enterprizes, LLC a 30-day opportunity to address and resolve the concern.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

Liability & Insurance

CH Enterprizes, LLC maintains liability insurance and takes responsibility for any damage caused directly during the performance of our services. Clients are responsible for securing pets, removing obstacles, and ensuring safe access to the property prior to the arrival of our crew.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. CH Enterprizes, LLC reserves the right to pursue collections for any unpaid balances.

Governing Law

This agreement and all services provided by CH Enterprizes, LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any modifications to agreed upon terms must be made in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
